Dear Colleague,
Following the last VCS Annual Meeting, I would like to invite you to share your clinical experience on this condition. I have managed to create a simple questionnaire (below) that can be filled in less than 5 minutes.
All submitted information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with any third parties without your permission. Results of the survey will be presented at the next VCS meeting and your contribution will be officially acknowledged.
Thank you in advance for your help. I hope that, by working together, we can learn more about EIC in Labradors and other canine breeds.
